2007 Summer Reading Program

Mystery Solved!

The goal of our summer program is to offer incentives to young people and families to read and use the library, have fun at the library, and perhaps learn something new in the process.

Almost 500 boys and girls registered and made a commitment to read during the summer, 199 families joined our F.B.I. (Families Being Investigators) program and attendance at preschool story time totaled 312.  Amazingly, those registered readers recorded 103,060 minutes of reading during the 6 week program!!

Thanks go to everyone who contributed to a successful summer program, we look forward to another "hit" next summer.
